Financial Aid Completion Night

Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 6:30 PM until 8:00 PMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

King's College Financial Aid Office will be hosting a free workshop to educate students with filing the 2021-2022 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

The FAFSA is the building block for all financial aid packaging for college students across the U.S. Filing the FAFSA is the first step in determining what federal or state financial aid a student is eligible for including grants and loans. The 2021-2022 FAFSA application period opens October 1 and will be used in determining financial aid for the academic year beginning Fall 2021.

The FAFSA Completion Night allows all students and their parents an opportunity to understand how to fill out the FAFSA form. Any student and parent(s) who would like to learn more are welcome to attend the FAFSA Completion Night.

In preparation for the workshop, people filing FAFSA for the first time should visit http://fsaid.ed.gov/ to create a Federal Student AID ID (FSA ID), which will be required to submit the FAFSA electronically.

For more information on the upcoming FAFSA Completion Night, contact King's Financial Aid Office at finaid@kings.edu or 570-208-5900.
